A WARM WELCOME TO OUR NEW LANGUAGE ASSISTANT!!!!!

Hi again everybody,

Our new language assistant's name is Isaac Partridge and he will be working with us every two weeks this year. Read about him and don't forget: let's show him our hospitality and let's make him feel welcome at our school, IES Doñana.

My name is Isaac Partridge and I will be your school’s English Language Assistant for this upcoming school year. I am from New Zealand, a small island nation in the South Pacific with a population of only 4.4 million people. I am a university graduate, having graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. My current level of Spanish is beginner however I hope to improve during my time at your school. I come from a family of four, my father and brother were born in New Zealand like me, while my mother was born in Wales.

My interests include sports, travel, history, languages and meeting and getting to know new people from different cultures. I have always been interested in sports, having played football and cricket from the age of 5 and last year I began learning boxing. Through playing sport I have also got the chance to travel, representing my school when our cricket team toured Australia. Other countries I have travelled to include the United States of America, the United Kingdom and more recently, Peru, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina, when my partner and I toured South America.

I am really looking forward to meeting you all in October and becoming a member of your school and community. If you see me around and would like to ask any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask, I am more than happy to help and talk with any of you.

How to exercise ...

Hello, bilingual students.
Welcome to our high school again.
Training is not about running for as long as possible, or lifting the heaviest weights you can. There is much more to it than that. Here you have two videos with information that you should learn.
See you soon ...
