  12. Hello, I'm María Beato from 1ºBTO "B".
    In the first video you can see the different principles of sport, is easy to remember them with the word: SPORT. Before I saw this video I only knew four principles, but now I know one more with the last leter of the word: Tedium (that is important to vary the training s bit to prevent boredom).
    Then, you can learn FITT principles too: Frecuency, Intensity, Time and Type. And it explain you them one by one.

  13. In the second video, a man explains you the differences of aerobic and anaerobic stamina.
    -Aerobic: Production of energy with the help of oxigen, low intensity.
    -Anaerobic: Production of energy without the help of oxigen, high intensity.
    He gives you an advice: "don't neglects its smaller parts".
    To know your intensity you need to take your pulse.
