Anabelle Lee dies because the angels were jealous of the pure and beautiful love she has for the boy and it made her heart freeze. After his death the boy never forgets her. The text can be described in two words: true love.

Anyway their young love still alive , although they can’t meet again , he says he will always love her . ResponderEliminarAlthough I do not usually like to read poems, I found this one very emotional due to the superb story that is being told by Edgar Allan Poe, I think he created a perfect true love story between those teenagers, plus the love feeling that he still have even though his lovely girl is dead, is beautiful.
