    I think it is funnier to watch it as a video than read it, and now I have understood sometnhing I didn't understand before!

    We've practiced it in class, and I think that farlek is a good way to improve our resistence, but without training, it tires too much!

  4. Hi!!! I am David Mellado from 4ºB.We practice the farlek in class but is very very exhausting run and them stop and run and stop. I don´t like farlek :)

    Carm, I undertood well but I still think that I don't like the Fartlek test!!
    I ended very tired when we do this test, it's the only test that I don't like =)

  12. Hi! I'm Antonio! I know very well this form of training because in my football's team we practise the farlek a lot because it improve your fitness very much! The farlek is to run in differences rhythm and when you finish you are very tired! Bye :)
