    I´m Noelia from 1ºBTO B. I reckon that to train it´s very important because it help to improve. I also think that people that play a specific sport has a specic training for instance, people that play a football has a diferent training that people
    to play tennis.

    Hi!
    I just read the presentation and I agree with most of the things its said there, but in some of them I disagree; it is written that the pain is not good in the training but in my opinion when you are training in the gym and you feel the pain in the muscles them you know you are developing your body.
    That doesn´t mean than you must hurt yourself, each person knows its limits.
    Anyway I totaly agree with a specific training for a a specicific sport; an athlete can not train the same way than a football player.

    I'm Ainara from 1º BTO B. Now, I understand better the training methods. I think is too important to train if you want to improve your physical qualities and it's necessary to increase all the days a little bit in each activity. Or you increase the time or the frequency or the intensity but if you don't do this, you won't improve.
    Whit the specific training for a specific sport I absolutely agree because each sport needs his specific training.

  5. Hi! I'm Antonio form 1ºBTO B. The first is that I agree with this video because it's very important to do sport and to train for our health and then I reckon that there are many tipes of training, for each sport there is a specific training.

      I'm Jose Mª García Blanco from 1 BTO

      In my opinion I abosolutely agree with this video. We must keep the main idea in our head. It's that we to look after oneself to obtain it we have to train all the physical qualities all the days.

      The key in this aspect is to have frequency and intensity and each day to try to do better.
