Hi, I am Ana Colchero of 4 eso E and I think that this exercise is better than the backflip because you can fall down in the other exercise but in this one you only have to know how to do a handstands and then fall down with your back. kisses! :D
In my opinion this excercise can be dangerous if you don´t do it properly, because if you do it wrong, you can hurt your neck badly, so before I do that I would train hard.
Hello, I'm Carmen Rocío from 4th Eso. I didn't know this way to do a forward roll! We used to do the forward roll putting our head on the ground, but I think that if we do first the handstand and then the forward roll, it could be better for us, because if we do the forward roll putting our head on the ground we could hurt our neck.
Hello, I'm Magdalena Irizo from 4ºESO E. I can't do this!! I agree wiht Ernesto because If you aren't physically fit can be very dangerous to do this. If you want to try, you should be an expert in the subject-matter. Bye!:D
