  1. Hello, I am Ana Colchero of 4E. I think its a nice video if you want to learn any steps about rhythmic gymnastics but, you have to strech your muscles before start the exercise or you can injure.
    Make sure to learn everything perfect before you start to try it.

    In this video you can see how do a backflip.
    First, you stretch your muscles and the you jump with an other person back to help you, stick your head and that's all.

    I think this is the most difficult of the three exercises I have watched in the blog, because you must be really flexible and also be in a really good shape. If you are fat I´m sure you can´t do that.

    Personally, I wouldn't be able to try to do this kind of exercises because I would be scared of falling down, so I admire so much the people who spend their time training for doing things like this.

    In my opinion a backflip is very dificult to do because you need more balance and strength for dis exercise , I never do it again because the last year I break my leg .
    This is my advice
