So you must do a very good warm up. Secondly, for me this exercise it´s a bit difficult but only first few times I do it then it´s easier. The trick is to practise it. Kisses classmates.

Hi, I think this exercise can be difficult because we must have a lot of things into consideration. We have to be careful with our neck and head. But also, I reckon that all people can do it because it only needs practice.

At the first time that I ytried to do this, I can't do it, but I did it two ot three times more and finally I could do it very well.

Wow! This mix is cool! Dangerous too, but I'd love to try it. Actually, I like very much this kind of things, I feel so good when I get them! But we need to be patient and do every step like is showed in the video. First, stretching is so important, and also when you're doing the forward roll anfter the handstand, you gota be careful with your head for no getting in any trouble. I promise I will do it this summer! Kisses! B
