    I am María Medina from 1st BTO A.
    This video it´s helpful for us because some tips are given in it. If you want do this exercise you should follow differents steps like warm up, do easier exercices before do it... and more over.
    Practise this exercise it´s very fun.

    I really get impressed of the walkover, when we see the videos we think that it's not difficult to do it but the truth is that if you try it, you'll realize about how complicated it is. In my opinion people who are able to do things like that, must be almost gymnasts. I won't never try it

    I like this video by two points:
    firstly,I like because the girl explain you all things very well.
    And secondly, because the girl say that, it is very important stretch the muscles and joints, and this is true because in this way, you can prevent an injury.
    In conclusión, I like so much this video too.

  15. Hi! I am Ernesto Tapia from 1º Bto A and I learn a lot of things watching this video but only in theory because these exercise are really difiicult to do perfectly and if you are tall is difficult to do it. I will try it however I am not so confident. :)

    I really liked this video because it explained very well how we can do a front walkover.
    Before I saw I don't know that it's important to warm up our articles and the back before doing a front walkover. The girl explained it and I think that in the next class I could warm up before a front walkover because I can hurt my back!!

    In my opinion I think that for me is very difficult to do it, because I don't have the resistance and the flexibility that it needs. So, if you practiced for a long time you'll do it. Is essential to stretch your muscles before the exercise.

    I loved this video because I really like rhythmic gymnastics but I don't have much flexibility to do that.
    It's true that this video explains exactly how to warm up to do the front walkover, so now I think these exercises are easier to do.

  27. Good afternoon! This front walkover, I don't think it's that difficult. You just have to be focus and to be positive! Then you start, as in the video, doing the first steps, stretching the parts you're going to use in the movement, avoiding that way the posible injuries. I got to do that some years ago at school, and I think once you do it, it's so easy! Beatriz Bella (;
