  1. Hi, i see the video and its very easy to understand, and this video its abour the aerobic exercise, that are a type of endurance exercise.
    The befits of aerobic are streng heart muscle, improves your blood sugar, lowers blood pressure...
    So I recomended you to do this type of exercise, and I have to say that my mother gave aerobics class in our old gym..

  5. Hello! I´m Javi Báñez, from 3ºB. In this video we can watch the aerobic exercise. This is a very understandable video, and it has very information about the benefits of aerobic exercise, in our body ( endurance, strenght, etc) and inside of it, the health for ourd body (in blood, pressure, insulin and sigar regulation, blood vessel) and something else, like the quality of sleep. Finally, this is a great video when we can learnt about our body, and I recommend that you can practise this exercises! Bye

  15. Hi my name is Ernesto Tpai from 2º bto A and I write this commment because I worte other before and it is not publised so if there is a mistake or something I am doing this one... In my opinioon aerobis trainings are really recommendable becasue is good for your circulatory system and also to be healthy andd to sleep better.. Sport is great and needed in your daily life and there are just a lot of beneficts by doing sport and aerobic sports specifically

Hey, although I'm not in PE this year, I really like doing exercise, and in this case, aerobic excersise because like the doctor's said, it has such a lot of great benefits, and at least in my opinion, it's very useful when I'm stressed about the tests at school and of course, it helps you to be healthy. So, I really recommend it and be careful with your heart rate! BeatrizB;)
