WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN 30 YEARS TIME?

We just discussed this in 2º Bachillerato last week. I happened to see Jay Shetty`s videos and he put everything in perspective.  What is your answer to the question after watching the video?? Leave your comments.

  1. I totally agree with this video. For me, everyone has their own vision about time. There is nothing established about the time you achieve your goals and your dreams. You are able to achieve them even when you are in the last years of your life and that is also beautiful and exciting.
Be what you want to be and in the time you want to be and don't let anyone decide for you.
    See you soon!

  2. Hello I´m Alicia Palomo from 2ºBach B.
We don´t know what we will do in 30 years, but what is really important is not what we will do in the future, but what is really important is that you like what you do and be happy. If you can not do what you want, do not ever stop trying, because that in part gives you happiness.

  3. Hi i am Lucía Beato Domínguez from 2BTO A.
I fully agree with this video. In my view, every single one of us is an entirely different world. Some of us will study a dregree and we will get an early job, some of us will not. Some of us will not study a degree. Some of us will marry, some of us will not... . I truly believe that you never know what is going to happento your life in 30 years time, because that is something you build gradually. We never know!!

  4. Hi! I'm Andrea Hervás Reyes from 2º Bto A.
From my point of view, I think it's a difficult question. At our age we can have ideas about what we want to study or do in our lifes in 30 years time but we can't be sure about it. I really like this video because as the man says everything in life happens according to our time, our clock so we have to be patient and enjoy the present. Also we can't let anyone rush us with their timelines, all in due time!

  5. Hi , I am ROCIO Acosta from 2 Bach
Personally , I don’t think there’s an “age” to do “something” on your life . As a teenager, I reckon that my generation don’t have a answer for the question that has been asked . The only thing we have to keep in mind is that we have a full life , to enjoy and the question about our resolutions for a far future we don’t know , shouldn’t worry us . I think you should do what you want to do , when you want to do it .
That’s what will make you happy , so , does it really mind when you do it ? If you finally get what you want ? Because I doesn’t.

    Bye ;)))

  6. Hello I´m Lorena Padilla from 2º BTO A. Firstly, I totally agree about what Jay Shetty says in his speech, he talks about reality of loads of people who don´t want, can´t or just don´t like the schedules set by society. The most meaningful sentence he says is ``everything in life happens according to our time, our clock´´ just because you don´t follow people´s time your not useless.

  7. Hello, I'm María Martín from 2° BTO A. I think this video teach us that life isn't planned. We dont't really know how will be our future. I suggest that we have to live as well as we can without thinking in a distant future.

  8. Hello, I´m Ehsan Zaytouni from 2ºBto A. I think in this video Jay shetty explains what he believes to be true success in life.Watching this video in tears I want to thanks him because I completely agree because I think that age is simply just a number, when it comes to your own personal success age doesn't matter. When you go after what you are passionate about, success doesn't come straight away. It takes a lot of action and patience to get there.
that means so much to me:)

  10. Hi, I'm Silvia Martínez Hartmann from 1°BTO B. I totally agree with Jay's opinion. I often feel the pressure of having to decide what I'm going to do for the rest of my life at such young age. We're taught since we're little that we have to follow certain steps to become a successful person in life, but in reality the only thing that matters is to be happy and do the things we love to when we feel it's the right time, not when society tells us.

  11. Hello, my name is Veronica Alarcón  from 3 E.S.O A. I'm agree with he said, because I think the same.We have time to do things, we decided our life and when  we can form it. We're different to others people, we make an impact. The most important phase for me is :'' Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that's counted truly counts ''

  12. Hello, I'm Fátima Colchero from 1ºBTO B. I loved this video because from the beginning when Mr. Headmaster speaks we see that the students are surprised by what he tells them about their futures both near and far. But the most impressive and what has caught my attention, is the moment in which one of the students properly interrupts Mr. Headmaster to give his opinion on the brief speech of Mr. Headmaster, which makes a positive criticism and affirms that not everything that happens in this life revolves around time and that nothing should prevent us from doing something that we like at a specific moment. From my point of view, I agree with the last thing, because we won't always be able to carry out any activity at the planned time; therefore, I think it's better not to have everything controlled and measured at the exact time but to do everything more improvised and enjoy without worries about what remains to come or difficulties both professionally and personally, if it's true that as some say life is very short and it's better to enjoy the things and opportunities in their time, without planning or delaying the dreamed. "The train passes only once in this life"

  14. Hello I’m María Borrero Pérez from 1BTO B. I couldn’t agree more with this video because society always tries that we follow a few guidelines to live through our lives. Because of it always we must try to do what makes us happy providing that we do not damage anybody and to fight for our.
Often this one well to break the rules and the social canons

  15. Hi everyone! I'm Rocio Gomez Rodriguez from 1 Bachillerato B.
I totally agree with what this video says, since everything has its time and we should not rush for anything because everything comes to who knows how to wait .
I believe in destiny and that all our life is written in a kind of book that nobody can read, so I think you have to wait for this to give you the answer to what you want. I think that is the best video published and the most important that it transmit is to keep patient and everything has its time ! Bye !

  16. Hi! I'm Daria Tomescu from 1° BACHILLERATO B.
I wish they gave us talks like this one here in our school. I know many people who deal with the anxiety of not knowing what to do in the future and it truly saddens me not being able to help them. The educational system nowadays pressures us to be in a certain way, to study at a specific age and to always do what others would think it's the right thing to do. My favourite quote from the video is "Everything in life happens according to our time, our clock". Please remember to never feel pressured about someone else's opinion and to go at your own pace, you have the right to decide what to do and when to do it.

  17. Hi! I am Rocío Carrión from 2ºBTO A. I totally agree with the video. In my opinion, society pressures us to give the best of us when sometimes, we are not able. For instance, nowadays a person wants to get a job as soon as possible but it isn´t easy. Therefore, we have to live every moment without thinking on the future, because we don´t know what will happen then.

  18. Hi! I’m Nihel from 2 BTO A. I just want to say that i’m totally agree with this video, we are always trying to achieve some aims as soon as it’s posible because the society has telled us that if we don’t do them in a specific time we will never achieve them. There isn’t a specific time to do what you love or to follow your dreams.

  20. Hi, I'm Fernando from 2ºBach B.

I think there is no age to do something specifically, everyone should have the freedom to do whatever they want to do with their lives, without any need to be like someone, as he says in the video, we should just do anything we want in our time, what makes us happy.

  21. Hello, I'm Ana Jiménez Ramos from 2ºBach A.
From my point of view, I think that we shouldn’t think about the future or what would happen, we should only think in the present like finishing 2 bachillerato, since we do not know what the future will bring to us, so just live the moment and enjoy yourself.

  22. Hi, I´m Juanjo Bejarano from 2Bto A. I totally agree with this video, like Jay had said we´ve to live depending in our own time or clock, we shouldn´t think that anybody is ahead of us because that is not true. I believe that we don´t have to worry too much about life because that´s not good for our healthy. The answer of the question is that idk what I will be doing in thirty years time, maybe one day I change my vision of what I want to do in the future.
So, in conclusion I reckon we must enjoy more because life is too short to be worry.

  23. Hello! I'm Yeray from 3° ESO B.
I agree with him. Each person has its time for everything and no one and nothing can change that. I also think this is a very good thoughtful video because it can answer all the questions we have on our minds about what we are going to do when we grow up.

  24. I'm Juan Francisco of 3 ESO B. This video teaches you how life is unpredictable, and that you choose who you are not the others You are the one who must decide a goal You make your way and the one you choose a path when it bifurcates. In a few words you are the one who decides what is best for you.

  25. In this video he says among other words that we are the ones who forge our future and this can change according to what we do. We are the only ones that can change it, since we are the ones who started it and we will be the ones who finish it.

  26. Hi! I'm Lucía Franco García from 2 E.S.O-B.
I think that each person has a different destiny. Nobody knows what will happen in 30, 40 or 50 years, although we all know that in our lives the same thing won´t happen, there will be those who get something first and those who get it later, but to everyone in their right time. This video makes me think things, not always everything comes at the expected time.

  29. Hello!! I'm Nicolas Martinez from class 2 ° B
I have been thinking for many years that I would like to be older: police, fireman, art teacher, gymnastics teacher, mates ... even farmer.
But this last year I signed up for theater classes and for what I wear, I LOVE, so in 20 ir 30 years if I continue with the desire to be an actor, I think I opened the career of dramatization, and I will be making movies. On the other hand I would also like to study the career of audiovisual communication that serves to edit videos, movies ... .
