  2. This video shows the different types of training, the truth is that each person will do one better than annother, but as far as I'm concerned the one I like more is the circuit, because you do exercise and you can pass a good time and you can laugh with more friends.

    In this video I saw six differents types of methods of trainings. My favourite methods is the cross because is a mix of all the methods. I do very well the circuit.

    About this video, I have to say that it explains easily the different types of training. Many people guess that doing sport is just run or practise a type of sport, but you are able to do whatever of this methods which I'm sure you won't get bored.
    My favourite one is 'Fartlek', I also guess that it is the hardest but I like it because you can improve so many qualities like speed, resistence strenght... Doing it.

In this fantastic video of the methods of training, we can watch in the video the differents forms for our physical training; for our speed, for our cardiovascular endurance, for our muscular endurance and for our muscular strenght. Finally, there are a very good forms for our physical activity! In my opinios, these methods are easy but we do it little by little, because it is progressive. Bye

    I like circuit method because we did in physical education class and we passed fun with other classmates and it had variated exercises to do.
    Also I like weight but I can't try it because only strong people could do it.

    I think the 6 methods will help us with our trainnig, however this year I'm not in PE so I will not follow any of them, this year I'm too lazy and I'm not going to do any sport, just study, okno, it's just a joke jeje.
    Maybe this Christmas (if I have free time, obv) I will introduce any of these exercise, I will be totally fit!!!
